Your wedding is the biggest day of your life.  Of course you have a million questions!  Hopefully this section will answer most of them but the best way to make a decision is to make contact with a real person – us! – and see if we connect.

WHAT STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY DO YOU OFFER?

Our main aim is to provide you with a visual story of the day, and therefore our style is very much reportage/documentary. However, we appreciate that family and clients have a need for the traditional portrait, and will happily plan and coordinate these into the day. We wouldn’t recommend any more than 8-10 groups, which shouldn’t take more than 20-30 minutes.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU RECOMMEND WE LEAVE FOR PICTURES?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE US TO RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?

It typically takes 4-6 weeks to finish a wedding and have your gallery online and ready for you to view.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
We are fully insured and happy to provide your venue with an insurance certificate upon request.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use a wide variety of professional grade equipment ranging from Nikon to Sigma. We have everything we need to get the image we imagine in our heads!  We also have enough backups to shoot 3-4 weddings at once, so no worries there.
DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
Yes we do :)!
HOW LONG ARE THE ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS AND HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE RECEIVE?
Engagement sessions typically last about an hour to an hour and half and you will receive 30-50 images from them.  All fully edited and all with a personal use copyright.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
Typically couples will receive an average of 250 images (depends of chosen package).  It is very important for us to tell the story of your wedding day in a way that does justice to such an important day.  We find that this range of images allows us to capture everything that tells your story and gives us the ability to be creative with the moments that you will cherish forever.
WILL THERE BE A 2ND PHOTOGRAPHER?
We’re always shoot together unless other arrangements are made with the client prior to the wedding.
ARE THE IMAGES WE RECEIVED EDITED?
Yes!  All the images you receive are edited and ready for print!  We have spent a lot of time to develop a processing technique that gives a very film like quality to your images which you will receive on all of your images.
WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE IMAGES?
The copyright of the images always remains with the photographer, but I license my clients the right for you to produce the images in any way you wish. The only thing you cannot do with the images is use them for commercial re-sale.
HOW DO YOU PROTECT OUR FILES?
We are extremely paranoid and careful with all of our picture files we create.  All of our primary cameras shoot to two memory cards providing immediate backup.  Once we are home all those files go onto a main RAID hard drive. We are definitely paranoid and go to an extreme to protect your files.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Simples, in order to secure your wedding date requires a deposit and a signed contract.  Unfortunately we cannot hold a date until we have both of these and it is first come first serve as we only shoot a limited number of weddings per year.
